Refund and Exchange policy

Callegria's Return and Exchange Policy depends the time elapsed since the date of purchase and the type of product purchased.

Room Sprays- Customers may return any of our sprays within 30 days of receiving the order for a refund as long as the bottle is sealed and unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges - Customers may exchange any of our products within 30 days of receiving the item, for an exchange of another Callegria item of equal or lesser value as long as the product is unused and is in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Shipping - The customer will be responsible for all costs relating to shipping any product back to us. Please make sure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all items, bottles, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it.

Damaged Items - When your order arrives, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact our customer care immediately via info@callegria.com.

Please provide the order number along with your best phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide images of the damages incurred and retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

How to Return a product:

To return an item to Callegria, please email info@callegria.com to request a return authorization. Once you receive the authorization please send back the product in its original packaging. Remember, it is your responsibility to pack the product safely. Using trackable shipping is highly recommended, as Callegria is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once the product has been received and has passed inspection, please allow 10 – 14 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process the refund or exchange.
